Bowling & Trick or Treating

Grandpa's Haikus for the Boys:

JACK-O-LANTERN
Frequently merry
Sometimes gloomy, but always
With fixed demeanor

HALLOWEEN
Sponge Bobs and witches
Goblins and ninja turtles
Trick or treat with glee

Today was a banner day: It was garbage day AND Halloween.
First, Christian came up with a new way to use the candy buckets with his new game: 'Pumpkin Patch Throw Down'.

Then we went outside to await the garbarge truck. Gabie loves Friday garbage day. The garbage man knows us and waves sometimes. (Cool Halloween shirts from Nana and Papa!)

Here they are by the can; We missed the truck because it arrived during Gabie's nap.
Two brothers trying to hold wiggly baby's hand. Here's Buzz Lightyear, hip hop Thomas the Train conductor, and baby Frankenstein...

Mariah and Lorenzo wait impatiently with the boys for Mr. Mike to take them trick or treating. Christian came with me and Gabriel to our neighbor's house, but scrammed after he saw the monster prop scream at us as we went to the door. Gabie, whose eyes were like marbles, went with me to the front door to get his treats. Christian wanted some of those treats, but was told he had to earn them like Gabie did.
We got more treats at Mama G.G. & Aunt Patsy's and at Yaya and Grandpa's. Fun night!
